Here is what we know about the story:
Several market observers, including analyst Dylan LeClair and Swan Bitcoin CEO Cory Klippsten, have spread the rumors, charging Binance with purposeful market manipulation to artificially increase the value of BNB.
CZ claimed in a tweet on June 13 that Binance had not sold any of its or BNB and that the cryptocurrency exchange still possessed the native FTX Token FTT, which was used by the now-insolvent FTX exchange.
CZ labeled the news as FUD as the proposers had no way of proving who is responsible for the massive BTC sell off in such a large market traded by millions around the world.
Consorti said that for the alleged "FUD" to stop, Binance must provide an audited report demonstrating that the exchange has no BNB-collateralized obligations.
This alleged FUD comes in response to a current lawsuit filed against Binance US by the US Securities and Exchange Commission on June 5.

Here is what we know about the story:
BTC was trading around the $26k price at the time the announcement was made.
The hawkish sentiment caused panic in the markets causing a bearish move that raided the lows of $25k that had not been seen since March 17.

The bears are still in control of the market despite the effort made by bulls to bring the current price of BTC above $25k at the time of this publication.
